- 2 sheet flatbread (lavash)
- 10-12 oz canned tuna
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 eggs large
- 2 handfull salad or romaine lettuce
Lay the flatbread and spread a generous amount of cream cheese all over it. Make sure to not spread cream cheese on one side of the flatbread, about 2 inches (see video). Top with salad leaves. Use a greater for the hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle it all over the area. In the end, top with a generous amount of canned tuna
Roll the flatbread. Then, wrap the roll in cling film. Put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Before serving, remove the cling film and slice it into desired thickness.
