- 1 cup pasta uncooked
- 10 oz strawberries or more
- 10 oz mozzarella ciliegie
- 1 handful spinach fresh
- 5 leaves basil
- 5 leaves mint
- 1 medium red onion optional
Wine Vinegar - Honey Dressing
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Boil pasta according to package instructions. Let cool
Rinse all ingredients and pamper with a paper towel
Slice the strawberries in equal parts
Combine all ingredients (strawberries, mint leaves, basil leaves, spinach and pasta)
Blend the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl
Drizzle dressing over salad ingredients and mix
Drizzle some balsamic sauce on top an serve
