- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 4 oz arugula raw
- 2 avocado
Creamy mustard sauce
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
Boil the eggs then peel
Wash the avocado and the cherry tomatoes
