- 8-10 medium potatoes
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 spring rosemary fresh
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
Wash and dice the potatoes with skin
Heat up a large skillet on high flame
Season the potato dices with spices and olive oil, mix well. Skip the salt and ground pepper
Put the potato dices into the hot skillet and let it brown well. Mix once in a while
Halfway through season with salt and pepper
