- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 tbsp Old Bay
- 2 cucumbers
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
- green leaves
- parsley
Thaw shrimp in cold running water and set aside. Take a saucepan and bring water to the boil.
Season the water and add the thawed shrimp to the boiling water and cook for no more than 5-7 minutes. The shrimp have to be bright pink.
Drain the water from the bowl and cover the shrimp with ice so they will preserve their soft and mild texture. Let them cool down for 10-15 minutes in the ice, and meanwhile, make the filling.
Take a cutting board chop the cucumbers, parsley, and mix the mayo with Sriracha sauce. Add some paprika flakes and Old Bay seasoning for more flavour and taste.
Cut the shrimp and mix all the ingredients together. Take the croissants and cut halves. Stuff them with the shrimp filling and add some green leaves. Serve immediately.
