Seafood Soup Recipe

- 1 fillet cod
- 10 oz shrimps raw
- 15 oz clams
- 1/2 cup white wine dry
- 1 medium onion
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups broth or water
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 handful parsley fresh
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Pour the clams into a pot full of cold water. Use a brush to remove the sand. Drain the clams
Put salted water to boil in a large pot. Add the washed clams and let simmer for about 3 minutes
Turn on the Instant Pot, set the "sautee" program on low heat. Pour 3 tbsp of olive oil to heat
Mince the onion and the garlic, and add to hot oil. Let cook until translucent
Cube the cod fillet and add to the pot. Cook for 4-5 minutes
Add the shrimps, deveined. Cook for approx 3 minutes or until pinkish
Deglaze with white wine and add the minced cherry tomatoes
Pour in the heavy cream and the broth, and adjust seasoning
Take the mollusks out of their shells, and keep some for decoration. Add them to the instant pot.
Chop and sprinkle some fresh parsley
Serve with freshly toasted bread
