- 10 bell peppers
- 1/2 pack feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

Take a baking tray and lay some parchment paper and place the peppers on it.
Bake them at 180 C (350F) for 20 minutes or until they blackened and look roasted. When the peppers are ready, take them off the oven and put in a bowl covered with plastic wrap. This will steam the peppers and thus you will peel the skin off much easier.
Take a cutting board and nicely cut peppers into slices. Take a nice platter and arrange some peppers on it. Drizzle some olive oil or sesame oil, add herbs and seasoning, crumbled feta cheese and roasted seeds.
Season in the end because feta is slightly salty so you don’t want to oversalt the salad.
