  • 1/2 roasted chicken
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 7 oz Gouda cheese
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • grapes
  • 1 cup mayo
  • Seasoning


  • Boil four eggs about 5-7 minutes and set aside in icy water to cool down and peel the skin easily.
  • Nicely shred the leftover chicken meat and set aside until you prepare other ingredients.
  • Cut cubes the cheese so it will nicely decorate the salad.
  • Cut halves the cherries and the grapes before adding them to the salad.
  • Take a big bowl and add all the ingredients. Coat in mayo and adjust taste if needed.
  • Serve immadetely.
