  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • pinch salt


  • Take a large bowl and mix the cream cheese first. Mix until fluffy and light.
  • Add the heavy cream and seeds of the vanilla bean. Mix gently and gradually add the sweetener, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated and the texture looks like a chocolate fluffy cream.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
