Roasted Pears With Blue Cheese
One of the most elegant appetizers that I simply adore to make for autumn evenings is Roasted Pears With Blue Cheese. A simple snack to enjoy with a glass of white wine.
Servings: 4 servings
- 2 pears
- 8 tbsp soft Gorgonzola dolce cheese
- 4 tbsp almond flakes
- 4 tbsp honey
Grab 2 pears, wash them, and dry with a paper towel. Cut them in halves lengthwise and scoop the seeds and core.
Arrange the pears cut side up on the prepared baking tray. Fix them with a toothpick, so that pears will not wobble. Fill each pears halves with Gorgonzola dolce. Then top with some nuts.
Send pears to the preheated oven at 375°F and bake for 20 minutes
