Mexican Hot Chocolate Ready In 10 Minutes!
Mexican hot chocolate is one of the greatest warm drinks when sweet and chilli powders meet and create something magical. Cocoa powder, chocolate, and spices will give you a touch of warmth on cold days.
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup dark/milk chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/6 tsp cayenne pepper
Take a small saucepan and pour the milk. Boil at a medium heat over the stove until it starts to make some foam.
Turn the heat to low and add the chocolate. Whisk well until it fully dissolves into the milk. Add the cocoa powder and take off the heat. Whisk well until all the ingredients have incorporated.
Add the spices and mix well all the ingredients to create an unreal aromatic smell.
Pour into some nice cups the mixture of hot chocolate and serve immediately.
