  • Saucepan


  • 1 cup buckwheat
  • 2 cups water
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp butter


  • Firstly rinse and drain the buckwheat.
  • Take a saucepan and pour 2 cups of water. Bring to boil over high heat and lower the heat upon adding the buckwheat. Boil 10-15 minutes with a closed lid.
  • Once ready, the buckwheat has to look fluffy and tender. Drain off the excess of liquid and add some butter.
  • Serve next to some roasted meat with a delicious homemade gravy.
