- 1 cup buckwheat
- 2 cups water
- pinch sea salt
- 2 tbsp butter
Firstly rinse and drain the buckwheat.
Take a saucepan and pour 2 cups of water. Bring to boil over high heat and lower the heat upon adding the buckwheat. Boil 10-15 minutes with a closed lid.
Once ready, the buckwheat has to look fluffy and tender. Drain off the excess of liquid and add some butter.
Serve next to some roasted meat with a delicious homemade gravy.
