Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 medium eggs
  • 4 tbsp mozzarella grated
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Put a skillet to heat on medium flame
  • Beat the eggs with the milk and salt & pepper
  • Add butter to the hot skillet and wait for it to melt
  • Pour in the egg mixture and cover with a lid.
  • Turn the heat to low, let cook for 2 minutes
  • Take the lid out and sprinkle with grated cheese
  • Gently flip one side of the omelet to form a semi-moon shape
  • Cover with lid and take the skillet off the stove.
  • Let sit for one minute for the cheese to melt then serve with pleasure!
