Cheese Omelet - The Fine & Delicate Breakfast
The basic yet nutritious ingredients such as whole eggs, milk, and mozzarella are combined to form a fluffy composition. With this recipe of cheese omelet, you enjoy a well-made exterior and a heart full of steaming melted cheese.
Servings: 2 people
- 4 medium eggs
- 4 tbsp mozzarella grated
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Put a skillet to heat on medium flame
Beat the eggs with the milk and salt & pepper
Add butter to the hot skillet and wait for it to melt
Pour in the egg mixture and cover with a lid.
Turn the heat to low, let cook for 2 minutes
Take the lid out and sprinkle with grated cheese
Gently flip one side of the omelet to form a semi-moon shape
Cover with lid and take the skillet off the stove.
Let sit for one minute for the cheese to melt then serve with pleasure!
