Healthy and Vegetarian Salad Bowl
The salad bowl is such a versatile gathering of veggies and perfect for any time of year. Eating more greenies and being healthy is probably my slogan in life. Healthy vegetarian salad bowl with proteins is just an ideal combination to enjoy next to any meal.
- 1/2 broccoli
- 1 carrot
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 red onion
- cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- Canned red beans
- Tahini dressing
Wash properly all the veggies and wipe with some kitchen towel.
Take a large cutting board and cut all the veggies. Cut small pieces broccoli florets, cherries, carrot, onion, and avocado. Pour some canned red beans and mix with all the veggies. Mix gently all the ingredients and pour the Tahini dressing.
