  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • green leaves
  • parsley


  • Thaw shrimp in cold running water and set aside. Take a saucepan and bring water to the boil.
  • Season the water and add the thawed shrimp to the boiling water and cook for no more than 5-7 minutes. The shrimp have to be bright pink.
  • Drain the water from the bowl and cover the shrimp with ice so they will preserve their soft and mild texture. Let them cool down for 10-15 minutes in the ice, and meanwhile, make the filling.
  • Take a cutting board chop the cucumbers, parsley, and mix the mayo with Sriracha sauce. Add some paprika flakes and Old Bay seasoning for more flavour and taste.
  • Cut the shrimp and mix all the ingredients together. Take the croissants and cut halves. Stuff them with the shrimp filling and add some green leaves. Serve immediately.
