A Traditional Greek Salad Recipe

Greek Salad is our family’s all-time favourite salad. Loaded with fresh veggies, salty/creamy feta, Kalamata olives and all these ingredients coated in a simple lemon-herb vinaigrette sauce.

Ingredients

  • 15 cheery tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 pack Feta cheese
  • 1 red onion
  • Kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • seasoning

For the dressing:

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cut halves the tomatoes, chop 1 red onion, cut the cucumbers and bell pepper and arrange nicely on a plate.
  • Sprinkle over the veggies the feta cheese.
  • Garnish with a lot of oregano, salt, and herbs.
  • Make the simple dressing. Pour your best extra virgin olive oil with some drop of red wine vinegar. Toss all the ingredients in the dressing and add the kalamata olives.
  • Serve immediately.
