A Traditional Greek Salad Recipe
Greek Salad is our family’s all-time favourite salad. Loaded with fresh veggies, salty/creamy feta, Kalamata olives and all these ingredients coated in a simple lemon-herb vinaigrette sauce.

- 15 cheery tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 pack Feta cheese
- 1 red onion
- Kalamata olives
- 2 tbsp oregano
- seasoning
For the dressing:
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Cut halves the tomatoes, chop 1 red onion, cut the cucumbers and bell pepper and arrange nicely on a plate.
Sprinkle over the veggies the feta cheese.
Garnish with a lot of oregano, salt, and herbs.
Make the simple dressing. Pour your best extra virgin olive oil with some drop of red wine vinegar. Toss all the ingredients in the dressing and add the kalamata olives.
Serve immediately.
