- 1 lb beef filet
- 2 hoagie rolls
- 1 yellow onion
- 5 slices of mozzarella
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup ketchup
On a medium heat fry the diced onions and set aside. Turn the heat high and add the thinly sliced beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook until brown, soft, and tender.
Add the caramelized onions. Take the cheese and cover the meat with it in order to melt and obtain an unbelievable tasty filling turning off the heat.
Take a grill and fry the bread. Butter insides of hoagie rolls and place them face down on the grill skillet to slight grill and brown the toasty.
Spoon cheesesteak mixture into your toasts, top some chilli peppers, add some pickles and serve immediately.
