Asparagus & Eggs on Toast for Breakfast
Some fried asparagus with eggs on toasts served for breakfasts are easy, delicious, and healthy! This tasty combo is something you will get quickly addicted to.
- 12 asparagus spears
- 4 slices bread
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 10 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
Wash the asparagus and trim the ends. Heat butter with garlic in a large skillet over high heat. Saute the asparagus about 3 to 5 minutes until brown and tender.
Meanwhile, heat another skillet and fry the eggs. Season and cover the eggs to have soft-cooked egg yolks.
Bake the bread slices with some drops of olive oil and seasoning about 5 minutes.
To assemble, spread 1 tbsp of cream cheese on each slice of bread. Top 3 spears of asparagus and the egg.
Serve immediately and sprinkle serving with some salt and pepper.
