Healthy and Juicy Tomato Salad
Juicy tomato salad is one of the top summer salads with a refreshing taste. This simple, yet so healthy salad will make your tomatoes shine on your plates.
- 2 packs cherries
- 1 shallot
- 3 spring onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 3 drops Balsamic vinegar
Wash the tomatoes and wipe them with a paper towel.
Take a bowl and cut halves the cherries.
On a cutting board chop the spring onions and the shallots.
Mix the onion and the cherries together and toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, and some drops of Balsamic vinegar.
