- 2 broccoli
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Wash the broccoli and wipe it with some paper towel.
Heat the skillet and pour some olive oil. Add 3 cloves of garlic and fry about 2 minutes until the oil has absorbed the garlic's aroma.
Add the cut broccoli florets and fry about 7-10 minutes more.
Take a bowl and add the broccoli by pouring over 3tsp of sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Serve it hot, immediately.
