Roasted Broccoli tossed in olive and sesame oil make it a quick-and-healthy salad. Coated with flavors, this fantastic warm broccoli salad goes perfect with any of your favorite appetizers.

  • 2 broccoli
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


  • Wash the broccoli and wipe it with some paper towel.
  • Heat the skillet and pour some olive oil. Add 3 cloves of garlic and fry about 2 minutes until the oil has absorbed the garlic's aroma.
  • Add the cut broccoli florets and fry about 7-10 minutes more.
  • Take a bowl and add the broccoli by pouring over 3tsp of sesame oil and sesame seeds.
  • Serve it hot, immediately.
