Juicy Frozen Berry Smoothie

- 1 cup frozen berries
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Thaw the frozen berries about 1-2 hours.
Blend berries with coconut milk until the consistency is thick and pureed.
Add the oats and the maple syrup and blend 1 minute more.
