Creamy Mushroom Gravy
Creamy mushroom gravy is an easy, simple, yet flavorful recipe topped on any kind of dishes you like. It is one of the best mushroom recipes made of simple ingredients, yet with a depth of an exquisite amazing flavor.
Large cutting board
- 1 pack mushrooms
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Clean, or wash the mushrooms and finely slice them.
Heat the skillet and fry the mushrooms in some olive oil.
Saute until soft and golden brown (about 7-10 minutes).
Take off the mushrooms when they are ready and place on a plate.
In the same skillet: mix butter with flour about 1-2 minutes until the consistency looks like a puree.
Pour the milk and into the mixture and stir well until thickened.
Return mushrooms back to the skillet and simmer 5-7 minutes more.
Serve the mushroom gravy topped on any garniture.
Garnish with some greenies or parmesan.
