Buttered Dill Potatoes

  • 1 1/2 pound new potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 bunch dill
  • seasoning


  • Wash potatoes and cut half if you are using bigger ones.
  • Take a large skillet and on a medium to high heat pour some olive oil and add butter. In 1 minute add potatoes and fry without a lid for 15 minutes.
  • Cover the lid for some minutes just to smooth potatoes a little. Meanwhile, chop the dill and mince the garlic.
  • Add 2-3 minced cloves of garlic and the dill and mix well to infuse all aromas and serve warm.
  • Enjoy!
