Buttered Dill Potatoes

- 1 1/2 pound new potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 bunch dill
- seasoning
Wash potatoes and cut half if you are using bigger ones.
Take a large skillet and on a medium to high heat pour some olive oil and add butter. In 1 minute add potatoes and fry without a lid for 15 minutes.
Cover the lid for some minutes just to smooth potatoes a little. Meanwhile, chop the dill and mince the garlic.
Add 2-3 minced cloves of garlic and the dill and mix well to infuse all aromas and serve warm.
