Flavourful Roasted Tomato Spaghetti
Roasted tomato spaghetti is a simple and easy dish infused with flavours and pleasant aromas.
- 7 oz spaghetti
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 7 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp pepper flakes
- 5 basil leaves
Take a pot and boil spaghetti al dente as mentioned on the pack.
While spaghetti is boiling, take a skillet and at medium heat pour oil and coat it in garlic, thyme, and pepper flakes. Some 2-3 minutes.
Add pasta to the skillet and turn off the heat. Add some basil leaves, optional, and mix well until all the ingredients have incorporated and infused all aromas and flavours.
Take a plate and neatly pour tomato spaghetti and enjoy with a fork and spoon.
