  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries


  • Mash 1 cup of strawberries. Then distribute the mixture amongst four glasses.
  • In a separate bowl, mix until thoroughly combined, 2 cups of coconut cream with ½ cup chia seeds. Now pour chia mixture over mashed strawberries. Send to the refrigerator to thicken for 1 – 2 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, top with some blueberries and sliced strawberries.
