  • 10 oz Tuna steak
  • 1 avocado
  • Greenies
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/2 lime juice


  • Take a large cutting board and chop nicely and finely tuna steak. The same you do with avocado.
  • Take a deep bowl and add chopped tuna. Press it tightly to make a nice form and platter it attentively. Top avocado and some greenies.
  • Pour over the soy sauce and serve immediately.
