Tuna Tartare in Soy Sauce
Tuna Tartare coated in soy/sesame sauce will instantly impress your family or guests with a restaurant-looking appearance and taste. Quick to make and delicious to savour.
- 10 oz Tuna steak
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/2 lime juice
Take a large cutting board and chop nicely and finely tuna steak. The same you do with avocado.
Take a deep bowl and add chopped tuna. Press it tightly to make a nice form and platter it attentively. Top avocado and some greenies.
Pour over the soy sauce and serve immediately.
