- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup rice integral
- 2 cups mushrooms chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup broth or water
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp herbs Italian
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Mix the rice, heavy cream, broth, mashed garlic, chopped mushrooms, and spices in the baking dish
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper
Add the pork chops on top, press them for an even surface
Cover with lid or aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes
After 40 minutes take off the lid and sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on top
Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
Serve next to a salad
