- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp corn starch or flour
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
Rinse and pamper dry the cauliflower
Cut in halves and cut off small florets
Use a deep bowl to beat the eggs
Stir in the corn starch, heavy cream, and seasoning
Add the florets to the egg mixture and stir to coat well
Heat a pan and add the oil
Fry the cauliflower florets with a lid on
Turn sides and fry untill golden brown
Serve with pleasure
