- 2 cups turkey ground meat
- 2 pieces burrata medium
- 8 oz shell pasta
- 1 can tomatoes whole, peeled
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 handful spring onion
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs dry
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
Saute thinly diced onion, carrots, and garlic cloves in olive oil until softened
Add the turkey mince to the pan and brown it
Season with salt, ground pepper, and herbs
Add the canned tomatoes and the diced bell pepper and mix well
Put in the pasta shells and mix again
Pour in the broth and cover everything with a lid. Let it simmer until the pasta is cooked
Finally, top the dish with creamy burrata cheese and freshly chopped parsley before serving
