- 2 buns
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 2 baked bell peppers
- 6 slices mortadella
- salt and pepper for seasoning
Cut one bun into two halves and spread cream cheese on both buns.
Top one side of the bun with one baked bell pepper.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the buns.
Add three slices of mortadella on the bun topped with baked bell pepper.
Now, place the other bun on the top of this bun.
Cut into half and serve.
