- 1 1/2 cup almond flakes (crushed)
- 2/3 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup shredded coconut
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon extract
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Crush 1 ½ cup almond flakes into small pieces with the help of a food processor.
Now, add the crushed almond flakes to a mixing bowl.
Then, add ⅔ cup shredded coconut flakes, ⅓ cup keto chocolate chips, ⅓ cup peanut butter, 1 tbsp lemon extract, and 3 tbsp maple syrup to the mixing bowl.
Mix all the ingredients with a mixing spoon. Keep mixing until all ingredients are combined evenly.
Now, take a scoop of the mixture and shape them into 1-inch balls with the help of your hands. Serve.
