Keto granola recipe is a low-carb, high-protein snack made by blending assorted nuts, seeds, dried fruits, egg whites, cinnamon, and stevia, then air-frying until crisp.

1 parchment paper
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2 tbsp Stevia
- 1/4 cup Seeds
- 1 cup Almonds
- 1 cup Cashews
- 1/2 cup Peanuts
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 cup Hazelnuts
Blend 1 cup almonds, 1 cup cashews, 1 cup hazelnuts, ½ cup peanuts, 1 cup raisins, and 1 cup dried cranberries with a hand blender. Don't overblend.
Now, add ¼ cup of seeds and blend.
Take a bowl and add three egg whites, 1 tbsp cinnamon powder, and 2 tbsp stevia. Mix until the egg whites are beaten properly.
Transfer the mixture of nuts and seeds to the egg white bowl. Mix.
Lay a parchment paper on a preheated air fryer basket and grease the parchment paper with 2 tbsp olive oil.
Transfer the mixture to parchment paper. Cook for minutes at 392°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Your keto granola is ready to serve.
