- 4 Eggs
- 5 Cherry Tomatoes
- 4 slices Feta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1 Arugula
- 1 tsp Oregano
Take a bowl and whisk four eggs in it. Add 1 tsp dried oregano to the whisked eggs.
Now, add ½ cup almond flour to the whisked eggs. Heat some olive oil in a skillet and cook the eggs to make an omelette.
Top the omelette with 5 cherry tomatoes, 4 slices of feta cheese and one handful of arugula. Wrap the omelette and serve.
