Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken minced
  • 1 Zucchini medium-sized
  • 8 oz Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Parsley chopped
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian Herbs

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add 2 lbs of minced chicken meat. Season the minced chicken with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp granulated garlic, and 1 tsp Italian herbs. Mix well.

  • Take another bowl, grate one medium zucchini and drain excess water.

  • Now, grate 8 oz cheddar cheese on a plate.
