In a bowl, add 2 lbs of minced chicken meat. Season the minced chicken with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp granulated garlic, and 1 tsp Italian herbs. Mix well.
Take another bowl, grate one medium zucchini and drain excess water.
Now, grate 8 oz cheddar cheese on a plate.
Add grated zucchini, parsley, and cheddar cheese to minced chicken. Mix.
Then, add two whole eggs to the minced chicken mixture.
In a frying pan, heat 4 tbsp olive oil for 5 minutes.
Shape the chicken mixture into patties.
Fry the patties for two minutes. Flip and fry the other side of the patty for two minutes.
Now, bake the chicken patties in the oven for 25 minutes at 350 F (176.667°C).
Serve.
