- 2 Avocado ripe
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Paprika
Add 2 avocados, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 whole eggs, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp paprika to a bowl. Blend with the help of a hand blender. You can also use a fork to blend the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). In the meantime, layer a parchment paper on the baking tray. Then, take a scoop of mixture with the help of a spoon and make small round-shaped breads.
Grease the bread mixture with extra virgin olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (176°C). Serve with scrambled eggs, cream cheese, or hummus.
