- 3 ½ oz chocolate pudding mixture
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp butter
Chocolate Frosting
- 4 oz chocolate
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
In a heavy saucepan, bring the milk to a boil over medium heat. Once you see milk bubbling, lower the heat and add butter and chocolate chips. Lightly stir and continue cooking until the added ingredients melt.
Add pudding mixture, working very quickly, constantly whisk until the mixture completely dissolves. Once the pudding has reached a simmer and is thoroughly combined, turn off the heat.
Transfer the chocolate pudding immediately into a serving dish or serving glasses. Chill the pudding for at least one hour.
Chocolate Frosting: Add about 4 oz of chopped chocolate to a medium glass bowl. To add some shiny and beautiful finish, stir in about 3 tbsp of heavy cream. Melt them together, constantly stirring with a spatula over a bain-marie. Set aside to cool a little.
Pour chocolate frosting over chilled pudding. Sprinkle on top a few almond flakes. Decorate with fresh strawberries and some grated chocolate.
