How to Pan Fry Potatoes?

- 7 medium potatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Seasoning
Wash the potatoes and peel the skin off. Take a big bowl filled with water and soak potato slices to it. Let them sit for some hours or at least some minutes before making them.
Take a big frying pan and a wooden spatula to avoid tracking the pan. Heat oil in the large pan on a medium to high heat and start frying potatoes. Fry and mix gently to avoid burning potatoes. They should have a nice brown colour with a golden crispy texture.
When they are half fried add 1 chopped onion and fry on. Before potatoes are properly cooked, 1-2 minutes before you take them off the stove, add some minced cloves of garlic. All this process has to take about 20 minutes no more.
Serve warm next to a salad or some pickled cucumbers.
