- 2 pack butter total of 8 oz
- 1 handfull parsley chopped
- 1/2 handfull rosemary chopped
- 1 tbsp thyme dried
- 10 heads garlic roasted
- salt 1 tsp as it takes
Let the butter soften at room temperature for about 2 hours
Peel garlic and roast it in the preheated oven (350 degrees) for 15 minutes
FInely chop all the herbs
Crush the roasted garlic using a fork or a blender for a smoother consistency
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Put in a jar and transfer to fridge to harden
Serve with pleasure
