- 1 cup shredded turkey meat
- 1 avocado
- 2 cups baby spinach or salad mix
- 1/2 cup canned mushroom mix
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup pomegranate
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp glazed balsamic vinegar
Arrange baby spinach on the plate. Cut avocado into slices and then arrange over the leaves. Sprinkle the mushrooms. Now dice or shred the turkey meat and cheese. Send them to the bowl too. Top with pomegranate and almond flakes. In the end, splash olive oil and some drops of glazed balsamic vinegar.
