- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 bell peppers
- 1/2 lemon
For the marinade:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch pepper flakes
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup coriander
Combine the marinade ingredients in a small bowl and leave the shrimp to marinate for half an hour. Chop cubes bell peppers. Set aside.
Take a bamboo skewer and thread five shrimp with cubes of colourful peppers between them. Repeat this process for each skewer.
Cook on a preheated grill skillet about 5 minutes on each side or until shrimp look nicely grilled. Only then, squeeze some lemon juice over them.
Transfer the grilled kabobs on a platter and serve warm.
