- 2 slices bread
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 handful microgreens
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
Heat up a skillet and add one or two teaspoons of olive oil
Add the bread to the skillet and allow it to become beautifully golden and crispy. Then flip sides
Remove them from the skillet and place them on a sheet of paper for it to absorb excess oil if there is any.
Use a sharp knife and a cutting board to slice the avocado and the cucumber evenly
Spread the cream cheese on one slice of fried bread, then pile on the avocado slices, cucumber slices, and the microgreens
Spread the cream cheese on the second slice of bread and top everything with it
