Teriyaki sauce & marinade
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds for garnishment
- 2 tbsp dill chopped for garnishment
- 2 tbsp spring onion chopped for garnishment
Teriyaki marinade
Peel the ginger and the garlic cloves. Grate them in a single bowl
Add the soy sauce, the rice vinegar, sesame seeds oil and the honey
Mix everything well
How to bake teriyaki salmon?
Preheat oven at 400 degrees
Line a tray with parchment paper and lay over the marinated salmon fillets
Insert salmon into oven; let bake for 15 minutes
In the meantime put the teriyaki sauce to heat. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 minutes at low heat. Mix occasionally
Take out the teriyaki salmon fillets and spread some more teriyaki sauce using a kitchen brush
Insert into oven for additional 3-5 minutes
Turn of stove and serve with vegetables and rice
