- 1 cup black rice
- 2 cups water
- some drops olive oil

Rinse the rice in a colander and drain the water.
Take the pot out of the Presser Cooker and transfer the rice pouring 2 cups of water. Move the pot to ensure that all the rice is under the water.
Close the lid and select the pressure cook program. Set it for 25 minutes (or according to the pack instructions).
When beep sounds turn off the pressure cooker and leave it naturally release the steam. In about 10 minutes open the lid carefully and serve the full and soft black rice.
