- 1 pack shrimp
- 1/2 pack pasta
- 1/2 onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 red peppers
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne
- pinch dill
Dressing
Boil pasta al dente in the boiling water.
Fry 2-3 minutes the shrimps.
Season the shrimps with salt, pepper, cayenne, and a glass of white wine.
Chop the veggies.
Take a bowl, add drained pasta, fried shrimp, chopped veggies and toss gently.
Pour the dressing and mix all the ingredients.
Let it cool down some minutes before serving.
Garnish with some fresh dill or cilantro.
