Flat-Bread Cottage Cheese Pie

- 10 oz cottage cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 1 bunch dill
Cut the flatbread in length and set it aside.
Take a bowl and add the cottage cheese, mozzarella, one egg with the dill. Mix well.
Add a good amount of filling to each slice of flatbread and start wrapping them.
Take the skillet and at medium heat, add 1 tbsp of butter and lay down the pies. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it fry for 5 minutes. Take the lid off, and fry 1 minute more on the other side. They should look golden brown, crispy, and firm.
Serve them warm next to some sour cream.
