- 10 English muffins
- 1 cup taco sauce
- 1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 16 slices Chorizo sausage
- 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 6 green olives sliced
- basil for decor
Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice muffins in halves. Prepare ingredients for topping. Grate some mozzarella cheese. Slice mushrooms, green olives, and Chorizo sausage. Grease halves with some homemade taco sauce. Sprinkle generously with grated mozzarella. 1/3 of muffins top with sliced mushrooms and olives. The other ⅓ of muffins top with Chorizo sausages.
Send English muffin pizza to the oven for 8 - 10 minutes. Once mini pizzas are ready let them cool a little before serving. Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
