- 4 slice toast bread
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pinch ground black pepper
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper chopped
- 1/6 cup spring onion chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- 9 slices cheese
- 9 slices ham
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
Crack the eggs. Beat them with salt&pepper, granulated garlic and sour cream.
Finely chop vegetables and herbs. Add them to the egg mixture. Combine well.
Grease the baking pan generously with butter and put a layer of bread. Pour the entire mixture of eggs and vegetables, spreading them evenly over the entire surface.
Top with a layer of cheese, followed by a layer of ham. Grease some parmesan on the top.
Bake for about 40 minutes at 350 °F.
